Ruth’s Miracle Group Home Foundation had an awesome Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Celebration to mark the opening of Ms. V’s Place, a new group home for Women and Children. The event was well attended with VIP’s, politicians, community leaders, federal and local government elected officials including; Senator Thomas, Mayor Brandon Paulin, Mayor Jeannine E.
