“Light Up Your Health” at the FBCG 25th Annual Health Expo
With Nationally Renowned Fitness Guru Donna Richardson & More!
The First Baptist Church of Glenarden Health Expo has become a community treasure over the last quarter-century, drawing thousands of people for fun, festivities and – most importantly – FREE health screenings and resources.

The silver anniversary Expo – “Light Up Your Health!” – is headlined by Donna Richardson and takes place on Saturday, June 2, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 600 Watkins Park Drive in Upper Marlboro.  It will include several elements that make the Expo one of our area’s largest community events designed for the entire family, such as:

-- The “Man Cave” Speaks for Itself: Come to the spot where men can be men … while engaging in healthy activities and increasing their knowledge on healthy living! Relax and speak freely with other brothers across generations!
-- Life is Sweet in the “Seniors’ Suite:” Age-appropriate exercises, nutritious snacks and a ton of resources await seniors – who have their own special place.
--Young, Gifted and Healthy: Train up a child … to eat well and get exercise! The “Healthy Youth Club/Teen Zone” shows youngsters that having fun and being healthy can go together!
-- I Screen, You Screen, We All Screen …: What you don’t know might hurt you, but there’s probably a screening for it. Dozens of medical professionals will provide FREE screenings covering a wide range of conditions.

In addition to the screenings, attendees will be treated to exhibits, cooking demonstrations, fitness sessions and educational workshops presented by local health professionals. There’s also a variety of games, contests, prizes, giveaways and other fun-filled activities!

Please join us in celebrating this collaborative effort that includes FBCG; public/private community and hospital partnerships; the faith-based community; fitness and health-related exhibitors; and hundreds of volunteers. Mark your calendar and pass the word among your neighbors, co-workers, customers, family, congregation and friends.

Visit www.fbcghealthexpo.org for more information and we look forward to seeing you on June 2!
